Dr. Brandt is a licensed clinical psychologist in both Florida and New York State. She received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her doctorate from The George Washington University.  Dr. Brandt completed her pre-doctoral internship at Jacobi Medical Center in New York, and her postdoctoral training at the Pace University Counseling Center. Dr. Brandt worked as a staff clinical psychologist at one of Montefiore Hospital's school-based middle school clinics in New York offering psychological, psycho-educational testing, and supervisory services.  Dr. Brandt is in private practice in Florida since 2014.  While she has an office in Coral Springs and also sees clients for home visits through her postpartum concierge service, she is currently ONLY providing online video/ telehealth appointments to all clients via a secure/encrypted and HIPPA compliant online site to comply with COVID-19 safety measures.

Dr. Brandt has extensive experience in the treatment of adolescents, and adults. Dr. Brandt is highly experienced in treating concerns such as depression, anxiety, major life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, trauma/PTSD, and grief and loss. 

Dr. Brandt also has a keen interest in and specialty in the assessment and treatment of postpartum disorders. She offers her postpartum clients in-home visitation appointments through her concierge service. Bringing a life into this world, for many, comes with heavy and overwhelming challenges.  By offering in-home concierge therapy appointments, Dr. Brandt hopes to make getting the much-needed support and clinical intervention, new and even experienced mothers need, a bit easier.

Dr. Brandt is EMDR trained through an EMDRIA (EMDR International Organization) approved program and also completed the Maternal Mental Health Certificate Training via Postpartum Support International and 2020 Mom.
